Vedic Principles vs Commercial Farming

GoVedic Agro does not operate as a commercial milk factory. Commercial dairies view cattle as disposable production units exploited for milk volume and discarded when dry.

In authentic Vedic culture, cows (Gau Mata) and oxen/bulls (Gau Pita) are respected as life-long family members and essential agrarian partners:

• Calves Fed First: The mother cow's milk belongs primarily to her offspring. Only the modest surplus is accepted for human consumption and medicinal ghee.
• The Sacred Role of Oxen (Gau Pita): The bull and working ox generate organic draft energy for tilling and hauling, providing non-polluting agricultural power and sacred microbial manure.
• Lifetime Sanctuary (No Slaughter): Cows, bulls, and retired animals live their full natural lives in dignified pastoral sanctuaries (Nandishalas), never sold to slaughterhouses.
